Brian Ritchie, owner of Mr. Steam’s Valley Steam, has successfully completed a year long course taught by Ellen Amirkhan, owner of a third generation family owned rug cleaning plant in Dallas, Texas. Completion of this year long course has only been accomplished by a handful of professionals nationwide. It is not recommended that Oriental and specialty area rugs be cleaned on-site due to the inability to control the environment and the fact that it is impossible to transport all of our state of the art equipment from our plant to the site. Not only can we provide the most thorough cleaning in our plant but we also have the latest innovative equipment to clean and properly dry your rugs. This dramatically reduces the risk of shrinkage in the foundation and bleeding of colors due to unstable dyes.
